1. Information We May Collect
Depending on how you interact with Guided Intelligence, we may collect: name; email address; telephone number; mailing or billing information; appointment information; program enrollment information; responses to forms, assessments, worksheets, or surveys; communications with Guided Intelligence; coaching or consultation information you voluntarily provide; relationship history, goals, concerns, or personal experiences you voluntarily share; feedback and customer-service communications; and testimonials or reviews you choose to provide. Because Guided Intelligence's services may involve personal relationships and personal development, some information you voluntarily provide may be sensitive or highly personal. Please provide only information reasonably necessary for your participation.
2. Payment Information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Guided Intelligence generally does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card number when payments are processed by a third-party provider. Payment processors handle payment information according to their own privacy and security practices. Payment provider: STRIPE.

6. Relationship and Coaching Information
Information disclosed during coaching, assessments, exercises, or program participation may be used to provide and improve the services you requested. Guided Intelligence is not a healthcare provider merely because participants may discuss emotional, relational, behavioral, or personal subjects. Do not use Guided Intelligence services as a substitute for emergency, medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or other licensed professional assistance.
7. How We Share Information
We may share personal information with trusted service providers that help us operate Guided Intelligence and provide our services. These may include website hosting and funnel services; customer relationship management systems; payment processing; appointment scheduling; video conferencing; email and text messaging; analytics; cloud storage; accounting, legal, and professional services; and security and fraud prevention. These providers may receive personal information only as reasonably necessary to perform services on our behalf or as otherwise permitted by law. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our legal rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business sale, merger, or similar transaction.
8. Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process; respond to lawful government requests; protect the rights, property, or safety of Guided Intelligence, participants, or others; investigate suspected fraud or abuse; enforce contractual rights; or respond to an emergency where disclosure is legally permitted.
9. Business Transfers
If Guided Intelligence or substantially all of the relevant business assets are sold, merged, reorganized, or transferred, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
10. Marketing Communications
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism included in those messages. Transactional or service-related communications may still be sent when necessary to provide services you requested. If text messaging is used, applicable consent and opt-out procedures will be provided.
11. Testimonials
We will not publicly identify you or use your testimonial, image, likeness, or personal story for promotional purposes without appropriate permission. Permission to use a testimonial may be withdrawn prospectively where required by applicable law or the terms of the authorization.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining legitimate business records, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information.

No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The FTC recommends that businesses limit sensitive information to what is actually needed and retain it only as long as a legitimate business need exists.

Depending on where you reside and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include rights to request access; request correction; request deletion; obtain information about categories of information collected; obtain information about certain disclosures; opt out of certain marketing communications; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; opt out of certain forms of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing where applicable; and appeal certain privacy-rights decisions. Guided Intelligence may use certain analytics or advertising technologies that constitute “sharing” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where applicable, we provide legally required opt-out mechanisms.

Guided Intelligence services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly offer our programs to children.

Our services may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy.

If you access our services from outside Canada, your information may be processed in Canada or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Additional rights may apply depending on your location.
